So far, we have the Pilot's Hat ^tm which is the world's first hat designed exclusively for pilots or those who need a comfortable hat to be worn under ear protection.  The Pilot's Hat ^tm was developed in response to our own experience in the cockpit.   We just couldn't find a hat to wear in our Skylane.   We wanted a hat that kept the sun out without a lot of frills.  After all it's just a hat!  All the hats available commercially had someone's lettering or logo on it, had uncomfortable structure on the inside or even worse drove a steel button into our heads from the headphone band.

The Pilot's Hat ^tm isn't just for pilots however.   Our customers are wearing them at the shooting range, behind or riding their lawnmowers, at the track (ever been to a NASCAR event?) and the golf course.  We sell this hat in 17 different colors including several for the ladies including pink, powder blue and lavender as well as mil spec desert sand and olive drab.  We even created a hat in the easily recognizable David Clark ^tm sage green for a very coordinated look.

If you want a color that we don't offer please send me a message and I'll do my best to match your unique color request however 24 hats is the minimum order for a custom color and you'll have to furnish the Pantone ^tm PMS color match with your request.  Otherwise, we hope the colors on the website will be ok for you.  We've had requests for custom embroidery and appliqués.  I'll entertain customizing your hat to the needs of your club, company or organization.  The minimum quantity for custom hats is 144 units and we do offer volume discounts.
