Hat Sizes
The Pilots Hat™ won't fit everyone.  The Velcro™ adjustable hat covers sizes 6-5/8 to 7-5/8. 

The measurement of the head for hat sizing is taken as shown in the diagram.

A tape measure is placed on the forehead and passed around the head, ensuring that the widest part of the head is included, about an inch above your ears.
